Vehicles must be inspected by a competent mechanic (may be yourself), technician or service facility prior to the event. You must bring this completed form to the morning on-site grid tech. When your vehicle is empty, raise your hood, make sure all drivers sign the form and slip it under your windshield wiper. You will be performing the tech inspection and certifying your vehicle is in proper working condition for this event. We cannot perform a full tech inspection at the event. You are fully responsible for the mechanical condition of your vehicle and completing the checklist prior to the event.

Important: Please have your car fully unloaded and ready for the event, (empty glovebox, floor mats removed) as soon you have completed emptying your vehicle raise your hood, make sure all Drivers sign the form and slip it under your windshield wiper. If your car's lug nuts are other than 19mm or 21mm, please have the appropriate ½" drive socket with you.

I certify that the above inspections have been conducted according to the guidelines set forth and that all deficiencies marked have been corrected. I understand that I and I alone am liable for the condition and suitability of the vehicle listed for participation in this event. I release all parties involved with organizing this event and the Mazda Sportscar Club of Washington, Inc., from any liability arising from failure of this vehicle for any reason, including failure of the items listed on this inspection form.

After completion of your on-site tech inspection lower your
hood, make sure your participant number is on your windshield,
report to registration (MSCW Blue Awning) for check-in with this
signed form and arrive at the drivers meeting on-time.
Note: On the day of the autocross, we recommend you have your
tires properly inflated beforehand, at least a 3/4 tank of gas
and your oil level full.
