MSCW Autocross

  • Please fill out this online application completely. Your email address is KEY for all communication notices from MSCW.
  • After your have filled in the information, click on the "SUBMIT FORM" button on the bottom of the page. Your information is automatically emailed to the registrar and a copy of your emailed form will also be sent to your email address.
  • After clicking on "Submit Form", a success page is created on your browser. You then have two choices to make payment.
    • 1) Pay online using PayPal with a credit card or your PayPal account. If using PayPal, there is no requirement for mailing in any forms.
    • 2) Or, If you elect to pay by hardcopy check, please print out the success page, sign the bottom and mail it along with your check (payable to "MSCW, Inc.").
  • Participation order is determined by your online payment date or the postmark of your hardcopy envelope.

    Amount included:

  • The Autocross event is held rain or shine.
  • Participants must be 18 years of age
  • Possess a current drivers license
  • Maintain current automobile insurance
  • Snell 2000 or better rated helmet, rentals available ($5)

    MSCW's MAX Autocross Fees:

    • Registration is by PayPal payment date/time or receipt of fees and space available. Paypal or postmark date is crucial when we get close to filling up. Acknowledgement via email. Applications sorted by Paypal or postmark date and processed in batches.
    • $28 MSCW members, Non-MSCW members $32 for either the morning or afternoon session, all day or both sessions, 12+ runs requires payment for both sessions.
    • $5 helmet rental
    • All cancellations subject to $25 processing fee.
    • No refunds after Monday, october 1, 2010, 6:00 PM EST, forfeiture of fee if spot not resold. Substitutions allowed, provided they complete the pre-inspection and provide advance notice (by Wednesday, October 13, 2010 by 6:00 PM EST)
    • Checks payable to "MSCW, Inc."

  • Important: please don't forget to pay for the event, your application to participate is NOT confirmed until your fee is received and a confirmation email forwarded to you from the registrar. Applications are processed in order of Paypal or postmark date received.
